How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap MacroCart, and choose Cancel. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find MacroCart, and request a refund. We’re not able to issue refunds directly.
I paid but the app is locked. What do I do?
Open MacroCart and tap Restore on the upgrade screen. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple account you used to purchase. Since there’s no login, Restore is how your purchase is recognised on a new device or after reinstalling.
I switched phones / reinstalled and lost access.
Use the same Apple account as before and tap Restore in the app. Note: a purchase made on iPhone stays on iPhone — it won’t transfer to Android.
Using the app
A product won’t scan or shows no info.
Some products aren’t in the food database yet, or the barcode is hard to read. Try better lighting, fill the frame with the barcode, or photograph the nutrition label so MacroCart can read it directly. New-product look-ups need an internet connection.
The nutrition numbers look wrong.
Much of our product data comes from Open Food Facts, a community database, so a few entries may be incomplete or off. You can often edit the details on a product you scanned. For allergies, always trust the physical label over the app.
Do I need an account?
No — MacroCart works with no sign-up and no login, and your data stays on your phone.

How do I delete my data?
Use the in-app reset option, or simply delete the app — everything is stored on your device, so removing the app removes your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
